Finolex Industries Q4 net at Rs 9.73cr

MUMBAI: Finolex Industries Ltd has posted a net profit of Rs 9.73 crore for the Quarter ended March 31, 2003 (MQ-03) as against a Net Profit of Rs 26.77 crore for the two months ended March 31, 2002 (MQ-02). Total Income (net of excise) for MQ 03 is at Rs 197.13 crore as against Rs 126.99 crore for the two months ended March 31, 2002.
The Company has posted a Net profit of Rs 80.38 crore for the year ended March 31, 2003 (FY-03) as against a Net Profit of Rs 59.24 crore for the year ended March 31, 2002 (FY-02) comprising of eight months. Total
Income for the year ended March 31, 2003 is at Rs 760.43 crore as against Rs 456.64 crore for the year ended March 31, 2002 (FY-02) comprising of eight months.
The Board of Directors has recommended a dividend of 20% (Rs 2 per share) for the financial year ended March 31, 2003.
