Lately, a luxury condominium in Hong Kong has been sold for a whopping $61 million, which is recorded as the expensive sale in Asia. Spans over 6200 square feet, this apartment sit on eighth floor at Opus Hong Kong building, which is located in an upscale residential area.

Moreover, the buyer of this plush condominium paid $9773 per square feet for the total of 6200 square feet. Frank Gehrey, Pritzker Prize-winning architect has designed this expensive 12-storey building, Opus Hong Kong.

City:  Japan

A one-bedroom apartment called ‘The House’ was sold for a whopping $21.7 million in Minami-Azabu area in Japan, making it one of the world’s most expensive homes in cities. This 4400 square feet apartment has included some luxurious amenities like Hibachi style kitchen, Italian flooring, custom designed furniture by Cecotti Collezioni, bathroom with glass fixtures and closet which can accommodate 200 pairs of shoes.
