Actor-entrepreneur Vivek Oberoi and Salman Ahmed, Co-founder of Burj Mayfair Real Estate Brokers, have joined hands to close a landmark nine-figure property transaction in Dubai Marina. The transaction was led by BNW Developments, a fast-growing UAE real estate firm Co-founded by Vivek Oberoi and chaired by Ankur Agarwal. Located in Dubai Marina, a prime waterfront hub, the deal represents Burj Mayfair’s first nine-figure closure and the largest transaction in the company’s history. It also signals the firm’s rapid rise in Dubai’s competitive luxury property space.
