The company has announced plans for a Rs 700 crore residential development spanning 3.25 acres, featuring over one million square feet of built-up space.
The proposed project will comprise Ground + 16-storey towers, offering 3 and 4 BHK luxury apartments. Drawing inspiration from Victorian and Tudor architectural styles, the design aims to stand out from the area’s largely utilitarian housing stock.
