Considering this, real estate developers launch such residential projects to grab the attention of potential home buyers. On the marketing front, branding of attractive address is one alluring strategies that developers have adopted to increase sales.

A branded property is when the developer connects his company’s name with the project. Usually developers who have earned good name for the quality of construction, over the decades, make their projects branded. Moreover, credibility is the most significant thing based on what developers quote premium price tag for their branded projects, reports Amit Shanbaug of Economic Times.
The reason why reputed developers charge premium is due to the amenities they include in the project which the small-time ones overlook, according to Niranjan Hiranandani, managing director of Hiranadani Group. For instance, the former would install superior quality flooring while constructing a house. The switches and electrical appliances, plumbing and bathroom fittings, etc, would be of premium quality. For these additional amenities and prime quality, he would have to incur certain costs, which will be passed on to home buyers," he further explained.
