Sobha Ltd Enters Greater Noida with Rs 800 Crore Luxury Housing Project

 

Sobha Ltd, one of India’s leading real estate developers, has announced the launch of a premium residential project SOBHA Aurum in Greater Noida, marking its entry into this fast-growing real estate corridor. The Bengaluru-headquartered company plans to invest around Rs 800 crore in developing the project, as part of its broader strategy to strengthen its footprint in the Delhi-NCR region.

 

Spread over 3.46 acres with a development potential of 9.3 lakh square feet, SOBHA Aurum will feature 420 luxury apartments priced between Rs 1 crore and Rs 3.5 crore. The company has launched the project at approximately Rs 14,000 per sq ft. Regulatory approvals for the project have been secured, and sales have already commenced.

 

Sobha Ltd had acquired the Greater Noida land parcel through an auction for around Rs 160 crore. While the company has an established presence in Gurugram with prominent developments like Sobha International City on the Dwarka Expressway this marks its first venture in Greater Noida and the fifth overall in the Delhi-NCR region.
