Skyscrapers Changing Bangalore's Skyline
According to Sushil Mantri, CMD, Mantri Developers, the demand for high-rises are more among young home buyers. The city is witnessing high-rises of 20-storey, earlier which was limited to 12-storey. The real estate industry of the city has undergone many changes since 10 years and now such 20-storey buildings are making an impressive skyline.

Moreover, the city caught the fancy of building high-rises because of the changes took place in the CDP (City Development Plan) in the past five years which in turn have made developers to build skyscrapers. "World over, be it in New York, Singapore, Tokyo or Dubai, high-rises have been the norm and now that the city's by-laws allow for high-rises , developers are fast catching on to the trend," said Farook Mahmood, CMD, Silverline Group.
