Prestige Group's NCR Debut Breaks Records with Rs 3,000 Crore Sales in One Week

Prestige Group has achieved a major milestone with the thumping success of its inaugural residential project in the National Capital Region The Prestige City, Indirapuram. The project sold over Rs 3,000 crore worth of properties across 1,200 units within just one week of its launch, indicating a staggering response from homebuyers.

 

Situated on National Highway 24, in Indirapuram Extension, The Prestige City covers an area of 62.5 acres and is planned as a high-class integrated township. Two residential phases, Oakwood and Mulberry, with 3,421 homes distributed over 19 towers, are part of the first launch. A third phase, Mayflower, will be launched shortly, complementing the residential segment further.

 

Apart from upscale residences, the township will also boast a 1.18 million sq. ft. Forum Mall, which guarantees an exciting combination of retail and entertainment choices for residents and visitors alike.
