Nitco Bags Rs 19.4 Crore Tile Orders for Major Real Estate Projects

• Nitco secures Rs 19.44 crore worth of tile and marble supply contracts from Prestige Estates and Lodha Group.

Tile and marble maker Nitco has received fresh purchase orders totaling Rs 19.44 crore from two of India’s top real estate developers, Prestige Estates Projects and Lodha Group. These orders mark a strong boost for Nitco’s presence in the premium building materials market.

The company will supply tiles and marble to ongoing residential and commercial projects led by the two developers. The supply contracts are expected to be executed over a 12 month period. Nitco emphasized that these transactions are being carried out on an arm's length basis, and there is no involvement of promoters or related parties.

The development reflects strong ongoing demand for construction materials, driven by active infrastructure and housing projects across the country. As real estate developers ramp up new launches and project completions, suppliers like Nitco stand to benefit from increased procurement needs.

This announcement also follows Nitco’s turnaround in Q1 FY26, where the company posted a net profit of Rs 47.46 crore, and a significant recovery from a net loss of Rs 43.52 crore in the same quarter last year. Revenue from operations also jumped 114.8% year on year, reaching Rs 149.66 crore.
