Nippon Paint India collaborates with Choksey Chemicals, formsstrategic partnership

Nippon Paint (India) Private Limited (Decorative Division), Asia Pacific’s leading paint manufacturer, today announced a strategic partnership with CCPL (ChokseyChemicalsPvt. Ltd), a leading Indian construction chemicals and waterproofing materials manufacturer. Under the new partnership, CCPL will manufacture and supply select waterproofing and sealant grades for Nippon Paint India. Similarly, Nippon Paint India will support CCPL as their Exclusive Sales & Marketing Partners in the Retail, Building & Construction segment, promoting select products under Nippon’s ‘WALLTRON’ portfolio offering Total Construction Solution.

In line with Nippon Paint’s Global vision, Nippon Paint India is looking to expand its portfolio beyond paint and coatings to waterproofing, architectural, floor, wood, thermal insulation and tiling coating products. The partnership with CCPL is in congruence with the vision.

This partnership was announced by Mr Mahesh Anand, President, Nippon Paint India (Decorative) in the presence of Mr Ankur G. Choksey,Managing Director,Choksey Chemicals Pvt. Ltd., Mr Anupam Misra, Vice President, Nippon Paint India (Decorative) and Mr Mark Titus, Marketing Director, Nippon Paint India (Decorative).

This partnership is expected to enhance product visibility, distribution and sales across Pan India markets, benefitting both the companies in the long run. The strong product portfolio and technical expertise of CCPL, coupled with the hi-tech paint solutions and distribution strength of Nippon Paint India, will providea timely opportunity for both the brands to explore new markets, add innovative products and make the most of each other’s potentials.Both the companies are working closely to roll out a joint retail marketing strategy.
