Kanjurmarg Witnesses Prominent Residential Projects
Bangalore: Big cities are now following the trend of launching new projects more on the suburban areas. Likewise, Kanjurmarg, a suburb in east central Mumbai is witnessing real estate activities where leading developers have launched residential projects which include lifestyle amenities like clubhouse, shopping malls, swimming pools, greenery, among other features. Most of these apartments are luxury apartments, which include Italian flooring, modular kitchens and other value added features, reports Namrata Kohli of MagicBricks Bureau.
Leading developers, who are coming up with their projects in Kanjurmarg region are Lodha Group, Great Eastern Shipping Corporation and Gundecha Builders. Lodha Aurum is one such luxury residential project, offering premium amenities like sky lounge for parties, gym, spa, business centre, swipe card access to lobbies and elevators, meeting room and wi-fi enabled garden enclosures, with prices ranging about
1.09 crore to
1.33 crore for 2BHK and 3BHK units respectively.
As per Jay of Yash Properties, stated that “Kanjurmarg West is clearly more up market than East. The average unit capital value in Kanjurmarg East is Rs 9,000-10,000 per sq ft while in Kanjurmarg West, the range is from Rs 11,000 to 13,000 per sq ft. A 3BHK is available on rent for Rs 25,000 to 28,000 per month in East while in the west it is about Rs 30,000 onwards,” reports MagicBricks.
Kanjurmarg west has various options in the residential segment as more number of fully furnished accommodations are available in that region ranges from
35000 to
40000 per month for 3BKH apartments.
