7) Cuffe Parade

Cuffe Parade is an upmarket residential locality in South Mumbai. This posh area is often compared to New York City's Manhattan area. It is the home to many famous and rich Indian businessmen. Although business tycoon Anil Ambani is constructing a house worth rs5000 crore in Mumbai’s Pali Hill area which is hyped to be the most expensive home in India, currently staying in a fabulous 17-storeyed Sea Wind building with his family at Cuffe Parade. An average apartment in Cuffe Parade will cost around rs72,000 per square feet.

8) Walkeshwar

Walkeshwar is an affluent residential locality in South Mumbai, located at the north-western end of the Marine Drive loop. Walkeshwar is in close proximity to Malabar Hills and the Hanging Gardens. This area also houses Raj Bhavan, the official residence of the Governor of Maharashtra, making it one of the most expensive neighborhoods in the whole country. Here property prices touch sky which can be compared to Residential luxury apartments in the U.S. It is home to rich personalities like Shash Ruia-Chairman of Essar Group and Niranjan Hiranandani-MD of Hiranandani Group are among others. Some of the prime residential buildings are also there in this area and White House is one among them. Most of the building in this area are sea facing making the property price higher. An average apartment in Walkeshwar costs rs70,000 per square feet.
