Coimbatore is gradually emerging as a hottest real estate destination in India. The second largest city of Tamil Nadu is mainly flourishing as a commercial hub, in addition the city is also witnessing healthy demand in residential segments as well.

Developers are launching both affordable and premium projects in the city and areas like Sanganur Road, LGB Nagar, Saravanampatty, RS Puram and Trichy Road are targeted areas of such developments. Some of the prominent developers like Shriram Properties, Sahara City Homes, Ramani Realtors, Sobha Developers, Oasis Group and True Value Homes, among others are launching their projects in Coimbatore.

According to Ravi Baja, property consultant at True Value Homes & Constructions, “Improving infrastructure, connectivity, and public transport coupled with enhanced job sector has uplifted Coimbatore realty sector,” reports MagicBricks.com Bureau.
