Hrithik and Rakesh Roshan Sell Mumbai Properties Worth Rs 6.75 Crore

 

Bollywood superstar Hrithik Roshan and his father, veteran filmmaker Rakesh Roshan, have recently sold three residential properties in Mumbai’s sought-after Andheri West locality for a combined value of Rs 6.75 crore, according to official property registration records. All transactions were registered in May 2025, as per data reviewed by real estate platform Square Yards.

 

The first of the three transactions involves a property located in Veejays Niwas CHS Limited in Andheri West. This residential unit, sold by Rakesh Roshan, is valued at Rs 3.75 crore. The flat has a built-up area of 95.26 square meters (approximately 1,025 square feet) and comes with two designated car parking spaces. The buyer paid a stamp duty of Rs 18.75 lakh and registration charges of Rs 30,000.

 

The second transaction also features Rakesh Roshan as the seller. Located in the upscale Raheja Classique complex in Andheri West, this flat is priced at Rs 2.20 crore and offers a built-up area of 60.89 square meters (around 655 square feet). This deal involved a stamp duty of Rs 13.20 lakh and registration charges of Rs 30,000.

 

The third property was sold by Hrithik Roshan himself and is also situated in Raheja Classique. This unit, smaller in size with a built-up area of 22.30 square meters (approximately 240 square feet), fetched Rs 80 lakh. The buyer incurred a stamp duty of Rs 4.80 lakh along with registration charges of Rs 30,000.
