Godrej Properties Enters Hyderabad with First Housing Project

Godrej Properties Ltd launched its first housing project in Hyderabad, 'Godrej Madison Avenue', with expected revenue of about Rs 1,300 crore. The prime Kokapet location covers an area of 3 acres, offering saleable area of approximately 12 lakh square feet. The booking value for the project is estimated to be about Rs 1,300 crore.

 

Gaurav Pandey, MD & CEO, Godrej Properties, was excited about the company's foray into the Hyderabad market. He said Kokapet's strategic location and infrastructure make it an ideal destination for premium residential developments.

 

With the presence in significant markets such as Mumbai Metropolitan Region, Delhi-NCR, Bengaluru, and Pune, Godrej Properties are continuing to advance their footprint across India's real estate sector. The company further diversified its presence into residential plotted developments in tier II and tier III cities and aims to extend its portfolio by strengthening it with more such operations.

 

This would be a substantial step for Godrej Properties while trying to attain a foothold in the rising Hyderabad real estate market.
