Godrej Properties Achieves Record Sales with Godrej Jardinia in Noida

Godrej Properties, the real estate arm of the Godrej Group, has achieved a milestone with the sale of 650 homes worth over Rs 2,000 crore in its Godrej Jardinia project, located in Sector 146, Noida. Launched in May 2024, this marks the company's most successful launch in Noida in terms of sales value.

Sector 146, a rapidly developing residential area, offers excellent connectivity to key infrastructure such as the upcoming Jewar Airport, metro stations, and major expressways like the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway and Yamuna Expressway. This strategic location has contributed to the project's overwhelming success.

“Noida is an extremely important market for Godrej Properties, and we will look to further strengthen our presence in the city in the years ahead”, said Gaurav Pandey, MD & CEO of Godrej Properties.

This achievement follows a series of successful launches in the National Capital Region (NCR). In April, Godrej Properties sold over 1,050 homes worth more than Rs 3,000 crore in its Godrej Zenith project in Sector 89, Gurugram. Previously, the company sold apartments worth over Rs 2,600 crore in its Godrej Aristocrat project located in Sector 49, Golf Course Extension Road, Gurugram.

Godrej Zenith stands out as the largest residential development by Godrej Properties in Gurugram. The company has recorded a staggering 473% year-on-year increase in sales in Gurugram for FY24 and has a robust launch pipeline for FY25, which includes new projects in Sectors 103, 43, and 54.

In addition, Godrej Properties recently emerged as the highest bidder for a 6.46-acre plot in Noida’s Sector 44. This land parcel will offer 1.4 million square feet of development potential and is expected to generate an estimated revenue of Rs 3,000 crore. The development will comprise premium residential apartments of varied configurations and will be the company's sixth project in Noida.
