Realty developer Emperium Pvt Ltd is set to generate Rs 700 crore in revenue through two upcoming residential projects in Haryana’s Gurugram and Yamunanagar. The company will develop a premium housing project in Sector 37-C, along the Dwarka Expressway in Gurugram, and a resort-style, sustainable township in Yamunanagar spanning 40 acres.
These projects will add over 2.1 million square feet of residential space in the next 36 months. The Gurugram project will cater to the city’s growing demand for high-end residential properties, driven by rapid infrastructural developments such as metro expansion, expressways, and smart urban planning.
“There is a steady demand for luxury housing in Gurugram due to its status as a corporate hub and the presence of a high-income population. The city has witnessed substantial infrastructure growth, and with ongoing urbanization and the influx of professionals, the demand for premium housing remains robust”, said Ravi Saund, Founding Director of Emperium Pvt Ltd.
In Yamunanagar, the resort-style township targets the rising demand for both residential and commercial spaces, propelled by improved infrastructure and connectivity. “The project emphasizes sustainability, attracting potential buyers seeking eco-friendly living options”, noted Hardeep Singh, Co-Founder of Emperium Pvt Ltd.
With these projects, Emperium aims to establish a strong foothold in Haryana’s growing real estate market, blending luxury and sustainability in prime locations.
