In a major expansion move, real estate developer County Group has announced an investment of Rs 1,800 crore to develop a new residential project, ‘Jade County’, in Ghaziabad. The project will be part of the sprawling Wave City township located along the NH24 corridor.

Spanning 13.33 acres, Jade County will comprise approximately 1,000 premium housing units, with a total saleable area of 30 lakh square feet. The land for the project has been acquired from Wave Group for Rs 400 crore.

Amit Modi, Director at County Group, emphasized the strategic value of the project’s location. “With excellent connectivity to Delhi, Noida, and Greater Noida via the Delhi-Meerut Expressway and proximity to Hindon Airport, this region is emerging as a prime destination for premium urban living”, he said.

County Group has already delivered around 18 million square feet of real estate space across Delhi-NCR and is actively developing multiple projects.

Wave City, spread across 4,200 acres, is one of the largest integrated townships in North India. Over the past decade, Wave Group has developed more than one-third of the township through plotted developments and low-rise group housing. Several reputed developers, including County Group, are now contributing to its next phase of growth.
