Chennai Real Estate Awards 2013 - Winners Announced

The Affordable Housing Project of the year award went to Nest builders for their project “Nest swank” (Chennai South) and  Prince Foundation  for their “Prince village-2” (Chennai North).

The Mid range Housing project of the year was won by True Value Homes (TVH) for their project “Ouranya Bay” (Chennai South) and Godrej Properties for their project “Godrej Palm Grove” (Chennai West).

The Best Integrated Residential Township of the year was won by SARE HOMES for their project “Crescent Parc” and Alliance Group for their Project “Bougainvillea”. The Residential Plot development for the year was won by Nahar Foundations for their project Nahar Backwaters (Chennai South). The Environment friendly project of the year was won by SARE Homes for Chennai South for their project “Meadow Ville”. The Emerging developer of the year was won by Ozone group for Chennai North.

And, The Special Category award for the Emerging Real Estate portal of India was won by Realtycompass.com.   

The award ceremony in all was a huge success.
