It is believed that the lavish and ultra-luxurious One Hyde Park is the most expensive apartment tower in the world and is the home to some of the world’s richest. Ukraine’s billionaire Rinat Akhmetov is one among the proud owner of an apartment in One Hyde Park. Other owners include Anar Aitzhanova, a Kazakh singer and Sheikh Mohammed Saud Sultan al-Qasimi, reports The Sunday Times.

Some of the distinctive features are bomb proof windows and bullet proof glass, panic rooms and iris recognition in the lifts, 21-metre swimming pool, wine cellar, saunas, and gym to name a few.
