BCD Group Seals Rs 184 Crore Deal for Bengaluru Housing Project

BCD Group, a leading brand in the country's construction sector, has secured a Rs 184 crore deal to build a housing project in Bengaluru.
BCD Group released that it has secured the construction deal from Ramsons Trendsquares for construction of the latter's proposed residential development, 'Ramsons Trendsqure East Park Residences', further raising the project company's credentials as the general civil contractor on projects sprawling 1.5-million-square-feet.
The project is poised to give direct employment to around 700 skilled workers at peak operations, thus aligning with BCD Group's commitment to the enhancement of opportunity for employment and contributing positively to the local economy.
BCD Group Managing Director Angad Singh Bedi said, "With the Bengaluru real estate market witnessing increasing demand for premium housing projects, developers are increasingly seeking trusted partners like us to innovate and apply new construction technologies".
BCD Group was established in 1952 and now operates basin seven cities in India. It has a multi-hued portfolio that spans architectural creations ranging from group housing to commercial complexes, shopping malls, hotels, hospitals, industries, and infrastructure projects.
