Bangalore Suburb Sees Growth in Residential Projects
Bangalore: Most of the city suburbs in India are now observing more real estate activities than the Central Business District (CBD) regions. Bangalore is one such example which is soaring in demand for housing, which has led to the development of new residential hubs in suburban areas. For instance, Electronics city, base of IT/ITES companies, which is about 40-50 kms from Central Business District is witnessing growth in new residential hubs, reports Nidhi Vashisth, MagicBricks Bureau.
Growing demand for housing has motivated developers to develop residential projects in the vicinity of the electronics city as it houses more than 300 multinational companies. City-based developers like Aadhar Properties, Goel Ganga Group, Shanders Properties, Kataria Buildtek, and VMAKS Builders have introduced residential projects that comprises of 2/3BHK apartments, villas and penthouses at affordable as well as premium prices. Some of the newly introduced residential projects in this region include Alta-Vista, Dwellington, Ganga Vertica, Richmond Pride, VMAKS Chalet, amongst others. The introductory price ranges between
1800 to 2500 per square feet and the estimated bulk price from
25 lakh to
35 lakh.
Majority of the upcoming projects are based on sustainable and eco-friendly theme. Furthermore, these projects are aimed to deliver world-class amenities and high-end lifestyle with the inclusion of quality features and latest construction techniques to satisfy the basic and luxury needs to the end-users. Beside these, the building plans of these projects have been approved by BDA considering all government rules and regulation. Also, these projects are well connected to other major city hubs like Bannerghatta Road, Hosur Road, Outer Ring Road, Sarjapur, Bommsandra Industrial Area and Attebele Industrial Area, which has led to the further demand.
