Bangalore Stood on 4th among the List of Most Affordable Cities in India

 Kolkata:  The Kolkata city with a blend of older grand allure and modern facilities is ranked 5^th in terms of real estate as a most affordable city in India for home buying. The average property price in this city is less than Chennai city and Bangalore, but the rental values are increased by 24 percent over the last year, comparatively high. The city is rated 7^th best in terms of rental prices. The Kolkata real estate market favors many home buyers as of its property prices and higher rental values.

According to the survey, the rental values are extremely high. Individuals with annual income of 8-12 Lakhs cannot afford buying a home and are advised to opt for rent, where as the individual whose salary is more than 14 Lakhs is better of owning a home than renting.
