ASBL's Broadway Targets Rs 1,000 Crore Pre-Launch Sales

 

Hyderabad-based real estate developer ASBL is poised to make a major impact with the pre-launch of its latest premium residential project, Broadway, located in the city’s high-demand Financial District. Set to be unveiled on June 14, the five-acre gated community has already received Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) approval and aims to generate Rs 1,000 crore in revenue even before its official launch.

 

Featuring three G+50 towers with 885 expansive 3 BHK apartments ranging from 2,035 to 2,650 sq. ft., Broadway is scheduled for handover in December 2029. The project is designed to challenge the narrative of stagnation in India’s residential market by tapping into Hyderabad’s thriving real estate demand.

 

Ajitesh Korupolu, Founder and CEO of ASBL, highlighted the city’s consistent appeal. “For six consecutive years, Mercer has ranked Hyderabad as India’s most livable city. Broadway continues this legacy by offering future-ready homes that blend luxury, space, and comfort”, he said.

 

Inspired by Manhattan’s urban aesthetic, ASBL Broadway introduces architectural elements suited for Indian families such as expansive balconies with three-sided glass railings and full-length curtain wall windows offering panoramic views of the Financial District. The project aims to go beyond housing, offering a lifestyle of elegance and innovation.

Despite concerns of muted growth in the national residential sector, Hyderabad continues to buck the trend. According to ANAROCK’s Q1 2025 report, the city recorded 10,300 new unit launches and 10,100 unit sales. West Hyderabad alone accounted for 51 percent of all new launches, as per Cushman & Wakefield, affirming the region’s strong real estate traction.
