Bangalore: Bhartiya City is the brainchild of Snehdeep Aggarwal, Founder-Chairman of the Bhartiya group based in Delhi. The group’s foray into the Real Estate business is a 125 acre integrated development which when completed will have a mix of residences in various formats, commercial spaces including a 3.7 million sq ft IT SEZ and a Financial District, retail (mall + high street formats), five hotels, a hospital and schools, all well woven in to a well-articulated master plan with great emphasis on public realm.  Positioned as the ‘City of Joy’, it is envisaged as an integrated township, the largest of its kind within city limits anywhere in India.  It’s a city where children walk to school, people cycle to work, residents choose to catch-up with themselves at the lawn just outside their homes, or go shopping down to the high street or walk to their favourite watering hole. The city was designed by world renowned architects and a highly competent project team over a period of four years, giving attention to the last details including the well aligned curbstones alongside all streets which are complimented by dedicated pedestrian and cycling tracks.

Bangalore is a city that is outgrowing itself at a very fast pace. The city has a highly cosmopolitan population who are looking for alternative options in urban living. The burgeoning IT sector promises a latent demand generated by young software professionals who are well travelled and are looking to settle down in a place that is tastefully conceived and developed to the standards they have experienced/witnessed overseas, and often in their global workplaces.
