Pune Real Estate Awards 2016: Acknowledging The City's Real Estate Professionals

Siliconindia have created a platform as an initiative to felicitate and recognize these real estate industry professionals who have contributed to the evolving landscape of the sector in the city by hosting the Pune real estate awards 2016. The event is a continuation of the success of tenth edition of the awards.

Siliconindia, presented the Pune Real Estate Awards 2016 on 15th Jan 2016 at Sun N Sand Hotel, Bund Garden Road, Pune. This was an initiative to recognize the leading real estate industry professionals who have played a vital role in the growth of the realty sector in Pune.

The award ceremony was inaugurated with a welcome note by Mr. Virupakshi Pattar (VP Sales & Marketing, Siliconindia).

Mr. Shantanu Mazumder, Director, Knight Frank (India) Pvt. Ltd., spoke about Pune’s current Real Estate scenario while giving the inaugural keynote and felicitated the winners.

Total Nominations received is 90+ from Pune. After an aggressive short listing, a distinguished panel compromising of four jury members Dr. Sunil Sudhakar Pimplikar, Professor and Head of Civil Engineering, Maharashtra Institute of Technology, Mr. Saurabh Shatdal, Senior Director, CBRE South Asia Pvt. Ltd., Mr. Alok Chaturvedi COO & Publisher, Siliconindia & Mr. Virupakshi Pattar, VP-Sales & Marketing, SiliconIndia decided on the awardees.

The awards are based in terms of innovation, quality, reliability technology and continuous improvements. On this note some categories were instituted so as to encourage infrastructure development, foreign investments in the local bodies and real estate growth and companies.
