Bangalore: When it comes to investing in property, it is the most secure, safe and usable thing which is likely to bring good returns even during sluggish market situation. Property investment in India provides stability and high return on investment in the long run, mainly because of the rising growth in Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and increase in the per capita income, which in turn leads to the increasing demand for property. Consequently, the property market has been witnessing growth in price appreciation as well.

Also, urbanization and investment are driving the demand for property in urban areas resulting in price appreciation in property market, reports Vikas Agarwal of Times Property.

Concerns on domestic growth:

Over the last few years, there has been a strong growth in domestic economy but, there are some concerns due to the slowdown in growth rates over the last few quarters. However, market analysts are more apprehensive with the high fiscal deficit, rate of inflation, high interest rates, slow movement on policy decisions and structural bottlenecks in project clearance.

Nevertheless, there has been no sign for slowdown or recession in the domestic economy, which is an important thing to notice. Still, the domestic economy is showing healthy growth of over six percent per annum.

Property outlook:

With the long-term potential in economy, the domestic property market is indicating optimistic outlook in the long run. The domestic economy segment is witnessing healthy growth because of huge domestic customer base, cost-effective and young workforce, as it considerably cuts off from the current global issues.

Property investments allow an investor for diversification in his overall investment portfolio. An investment in property offers high return on investment as well as low risk.
