2) A recent death in the family:

Death takes place in every household. But, when searching a house avoid buying house where a death has taken place very recently. You may not have any problem but if you are planning to shift with your family, they may find the whole idea creepy. The house may not have any bad omen but it is better to live life freely and happily rather fearful.

Alternatively, for home owners, when putting up a house for sale soon after a recent death in the family may divert home buyers to different property instead of yours. While showing the house to home buyers, if you inform about the recent death, it’s indeed a creepy idea that can scare away buyers.

3) Misleading pictures and broken floors:

Home reflects the personality of the owner. So, avoid buying home that includes misleading pictures, wall papers and untidy floors. Ofcourse, you can put pictures of your liking after getting possession but in many such occasions, misleading pictures turn away buyers. Such pictures may not give positive vibes to home buyers. However, untidy or broken floors can also play negatively because if a house needs renovation, buyers think twice to buy that house due to increase in renovation costs. It is always better to check the house properly before buying.
