One of the most preferred tourist destinations, Singapore, is also an expensive place to rent an office and also one expensive real estate market in Southeast Asia. Although Singapore has seen a decline of 4.7 percent, it has managed to hold the second position in Cushman & Wakefield's report.

Tokyo:

The capital city of Japan, Tokyo ranked 3^rd on the list for most expensive cities to rent office space. Despite of Tokyo’s 3.9 per cent decline, the city has managed through the list of most expensive for office rent.
