3 Indian Cities in Asia's Most Expensive Cities for Office Rent

The IT hub Bangalore is one of the most favourite destinations for most of the buyers as well as investors. The city has seen the highest rental price value of CBD locations and witnessed a rise of about 18 per cent over the previous quarter, in Asia it was the fastest growing market in the period of January-March 2012. Among 25 cities across Asia, Bangalore and Delhi-NCR observed the highest percentage rise in rental values for office space in the first quarter of 2012.
