3 Indian Cities in Asia's Most Expensive Cities for Office Rent

Bangalore: The real estate figures are now touching sky. With the increase in property prices, the rent for office spaces are also escalating high. According to a latest Asia Pacific Office market report published by Cushman & Wakefield, a realty consultancy firm, Delhi-NCR has surpassed Mumbai in office rental values. This report also shows the other two Indian cities that made through the list of most expensive, apart from other Asian locations. Delhi:

To begin with India, Delhi-NCR stood at 5th position on the list of the most expensive central business district (CBD) location in Asia Pacific region and most expensive location for office space in India, according to the report published by Cushman & Wakefield, for the first quarter of 2012. Currently, the capital city of India is offering a monthly rental value of rs366 per square feet, which has increased of about 14 percent over the last quarter. The rental values in Delhi CBD locations have witnessed growth compared to Mumbai CBD locations and Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC), reports Luxpresso.
