Also homes in integrated residential projects are expected to give higher return on investment because the homes are self-sufficient and self-sustaining. However, the appreciation in price is almost 30 percent more in such residential projects than in standalone structures. Apartments under premium segment is likely to get a push with the emergence of more number of integrated township projects where home buyers can avail maximum of their needs under one roof.
