• 3.5+ Years experience in hiring
people for various Industries like Heavy Engineering, Media,
Automobile, Construction, FMCG, Banking, NBFC, Printing (All Non
IT).Experience in International Recruitment is also
vast.
• Conducting Screening sessions, Short listing, and
interviewing candidates for the clients.
• Finalizing
Recruitment Advertisements, job profile specification,
e-sourcing.
• Sourcing of competent profiles through various
portals, recruitment consultants, employee referral’s, campus
etc.
• To Provide Recruitment strategies to the team, clients
& own company.
• Keeping the data updated for the
Clients.
• Rapport Management.
Training & Development:
• Identification of Training needs with focus on individual
and departmental thrust areas.
• Training for new joinees with
experience selected at different stages through out
year.
• Identification of individual and group training
needs.
Co-ordination Work:
• Coordinate the joining
formalities with HR team.
• Subordinate empowerment and
development by handing over independent responsibilities.
• Leading, training and motivating team ensuring their career
development and positive contribution to the company.
