Recruitment and Joining formalities:
• Actively interacting with Technical Managers to gather requirements and updates.
• Sourcing as per CRF raised through Hiring Manager.
• Ensuring hiring is done within the TAT.
• Involve in planning and executing hiring plans for the new business order.
• End-to End recruitment –From Sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, Salary Negotiation, rolling out offer letters and other joining documents.
• Manage the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and hiring manager.
• Handling and coordinating the completion all joining formalities of new recruits, HR Policy and relocation Issue.
• Preparation of monthly/weekly reports sent to the senior management.
Post Recruitment:
• Organize Induction.
• Maintain personal file and CRF records for SOX audits.
• Background verification.
• Improve data accuracy, documentation and process orientation in our database i.e. People soft.
Induction & Orientation:
• Inducting & training new employees, settling them in the organization.
• Co-ordination with the new entrants - their appointment Letters, Processing employee PF, ESI, mediclaim, & other Employment Registration forms.
Relationship Management & Grievance Handling:
• Daily interactions with the associates to understand and address their problems on personal level.
• Maintain a relation with employees and be actively involved in HR issues
• Close coordination with other departments for their manpower needs & other issues related to work
Employees Engagement :
Rewards & Recognition:
• Manage the Rewards and Recognition programme successfully.
• Ensure that the budget is divided and utilized effectively in order to administer the reward programme.
• Decide the eligibility criteria for the rewards and identify the list of the associates to publish by studying the business cases, achievements of the associates, from the nominations and decide on the right nomination.
Training Need Assessment & Analysis:
• Identify the Training needs across levels through mapping of skills. Improved productivity, building capability & quality enhancement.
• Collating & Analyzing the Inputs of the Training Need Analysis
Processes, Reports and Forms:
• Maintaining Center Headcount and all other details related to employees
• Maintaining all HR reports like attrition,accrual sheet,Bonus accural, Gratuity ,New Joinees and Exit.
• Prepared various reports for management.
