Engineer (Plant Maintenance) Company Profile: World’s
leading German Company which produces “WIND POWER
GENERATORS”, using Advanced Technology in harnessing “Wind
Energy”. The company is ISO 9001 : 2000 certified. . ROLES
& RESPONSIBILITY  To check daily Maintenance Log Book,
Power consumption readings and technically verify / certify the
activities done.  To check the annual PM Schedule of all
Equipments, discuss the availability of the equipment with
Production Dept. and plan the Preventive maintenance / Predictive
maintenance accordingly.  Attending of breakdowns, make the
breakdown analysis report and implement necessary actions to
avoid such future breakdowns (Pro-active maintenance).  Make
the Spares planning for preventive maintenance and breakdowns
(critical spare list) as mentioned in manufacturer Operation &
Manual and past exp.  To make follow up to Purchase Dept. for
the Spares whose purchase requisition has been raised and gives
technical support to procure the materials.  Make the
manpower allotment for the PM, Breakdowns & complaints received
from production dept.  Entry of Breakdowns and PM in SAP by
creating Orders in SAP against notifications received from
production dept. and issue the spares required to attend the same
in SAP.  To check the DEB & DG consumption report on daily
basis, feeder wise and make the Entry in SAP of Energy consumed
feeder wise and PF.  To prepare Monthly report of Plant
upkeep time on Equipment basis mentioning major breakdowns and
action taken against it.  To do & maintain ISO
Documentation of Plant maintenance as ISO 9001-2000 and upgrade
it with approval from QA Dept.  To implement Projects decided
by the management on the basis increasing productivity, quality
of product, power consumption reduction, make equipment operation
user friendly & considering safety aspect. Submit the progress
and status of project on monthly basis to management.  To
Scrap the old equipments or transfer it to site which are not
giving satisfactory performance by taking approval of Production
& Maintenance higher authorities and carry out the approval paper
formalities and transactions in SAP for dismantling and Scrapping
the Equipment (asset) of the company.  For new Equipment
(asset) make report and approval letter and along with Production
dept. make the technical specification of the required equipment
and handover to purchase dept. along with Quotation to carry out
commercial activities of Procurement.  For activities done by
external party’s (vendors) check the bill as per the work
carried out and forward the same to accounts dept. after
preparing SES in SAP.  To communicate and explain the civil
modifications required in the plant to Civil Dept. at Mumbai and
raise the PR for the same in SAP. MACHINERY MAINTAINED :-
11KV/440 V Substation,2500 KVA Transformer,800 Amp Vacuum Circuit
Breaker, 630 Amp SF6 Circuit Breaker, Air Circuit Breakers up to
2400 Amps, D.G set (1010 KVA & 750 KVA in parallel operation)
with A.M.F Panel, Digital EPABX,DEMAG (Germany) make E.O.T
Cranes, AC Motors, Screw Compressors (200 CFM),Siemens make PLC
– S-7 200, Siemens make A.C Drives, SCADA System, Resin Mixing
Machine, Paste Mixing Machine, Sawing & Drilling Machine, Power
Hinge, Hot Water Generator (Boiler),Resistance Heating System,
Hydraulics & Pneumatic control systems, Centralize Vacuum System,
