SPRINT for
Juniper/LucentAdjunct/Bridgewater/LucentQchat and for many other
vendors uses the technologies CDMA/GSM/GPRS/UMTS – A Wireless
Performance management tool called Prospect is used for Traffic
Metering/Measurement. The product extracts statistical
information produced by telecommunication equipment and has
connectivity to switches/routers/OMCRs. This statistical
information collected from the Network Element helps to engineer
the telecommunication system to obtaining optimal QOS within
available resources. This product helps to monitor, maintain and
improve the performance of the system
