- Generating & submitting reports to Govt. agencies like NOCC,
TRAI, DOT (Regulatory Authorities) as per the CUG, ISP & IP-II
license requirement (Monthly, Quarterly & Annually) & appraising
the management on the same. - Coordinating with WPC, LR, LF, BS
sections at DOT, Sanchar Bhawan, New Delhi for getting SACFA &
Operating License clearances. - Coordinating with NOCC officials
at BSNL Eastern Court, New Delhi for necessary
clearances. - Coordinating with Finance, Technical, Program
Management, Customer Support and other business functions at
corporate & regional levels for necessary
compliances. - Ensuring the Budget allocation is done as per the
forecast provided to the Finance Deptt. for Regulatory Expanses
under Opex. - Preparation of MIS reports required for Management
Decisions. - Performing internal audits on number of VSAT’s
operational & those reported to Govt. Regulatory authorities
(TRAI, DOT, NOCC). - Maintaining database of all VSAT’s
installed, de-installed, shifted by the customer support
department with all the relevant details. - Maintaining a
database of site wise regulatory status and appraising the
management about it. - Ensuring that VSAT sites are configured
in NMS Server on time, as per the customer dead line & taking
care that Regulatory Guidelines are followed for the
same. - Providing inputs to ongoing development of Company ERP
System (Midas).
