Views about 'Tech product Introduction is weak among Indians'

Yes ,this is right.The whole world Knows that Indian Engineer are more talented and Hardworking among all.But the point is Indian Market is very much depend upon US market. if there is recession in US then it will effect Indian Market also. then company fired their employees.Company has to introduce something new in the Indian Market that will help the Indians so that they will have something New to do and Company will also get Money.This will help every one.

My role model

I am Inspired by my father because he is very hardworking person.My father have some Qualities that inspires me a lot like Honesty,Hardworking,Believe in Yourself.My father did a lot of struggle in his life and finally achieve in his life just because of these qualities.So he is one who inspires me a lot and encourage me to do all the things right.

My advice

I think the person who is just starting his/her carrier, his main Motive is Learning.without good Knowledge that person will not help his company.Once you get Knowledge you will solve issues for the company ,if you can't solve but atleast you will go in right direction in solving the issues.There are some things that everyone should have whether he is fresher or experience candidate "punctuality".person should be punctual. he sould learn the Environment of the company that will help him.

My father is Assistant Sub Inspector in CISF. my mother is House wife.we are three Brother and Sister. my Elder sister is a teacher in Govt. school.

I always wanted to be an Software developer.when i was in my college,all my friends arrange some kind of project from different sources for minor and major project like by buying n all. but i want to make atleast one project from my hand in my college life to clear all my concept.I always believe in doing works.,i don't want to get anything without my efforts. we get a different feeling when our Hard work gives us something. i think that makes me different from others.

My Name is Vishal. Currently I am Doing job as Software Developer in Remiel Softech Solutions Pvt. Ltd with experience of around 9 months.I have Passed B.Tech From Kurukshetra University with 77% marks in the Year 2012.I joined this Company after my Final Exam were Over.
Remiel Softech has some Kind of Tie-up with HCL and Microsoft.I know all these thinks because i worked with these companies regarding some projects.Here I worked on Technologies like ASP.NET,C#.NET,SSRS. I have experience of doing 1 project on WCF and SharePoint 2007.

My important career decision

I was very confused in choosing my carrier as a Developer or Tester. but after completing my projects my confusion was over and I choose Developing field for me. Now I know Where my interest is.

I have won some Awards in skit and Cultural activities in my Schooldays.
I have topped my college in academics continuously in 3 semester.
I have played regional level in Volley ball.

I learn all the things from the Internet. i suggest not to spent money on books when you have internet facility.
