I am putting my daily sometime to spend with floor level workmen to
ensure that all the agenda is communicated at ground level and vice
versa,

Current work profile

I am currently desgnated as CFO for Fujairah Gold FZE which is refinery unit of Gold , Silver and precious metal group along with Contineous Copper Rod Plant, Fujairah Gold is Subsidiary to Sterlite Industries which is a vedanta group MNC.
Mine Current Role includes understanding the strategic direction of
the Company, providing high level, proactive financial expertise and
leadership to the company as a whole and direction for both short term
and long term financial planning. Further Operates in a lead capacity
in making remedial changes to tighten and enhance controls and
mitigate risk. Conducts research and analysis on advanced issues.
Designs, modifies, installs, and/or maintains accounting systems to
ensure adequate recognition of financial transactions.

Important decision

It was tough decision from moving into finance arena and again coming back.
I am happy for that decision.

I am very empathetic , I put myself in employees shoes before getting into any decision.

Have faith on yourself and team , always positive results will come.

Always study the past behavior of the case it gives lots of inputs
and in case of fresh issues do analysis before you decide on output.

One of Basic Quality Person should have understanding his team members
and set the goal as per the skill set and further to have trust in
your self and team members to perform in all odd conditions.

My inspiration

I am basically influenced by two ladies , one my mother and second my
wife . both of them had sacrifices a lot for my success of career.

My prospective towards India Technological development

we need to have infrastructure and seamless flow of information and
technology for same. we had already started for same. let us feel that
next five years .

We are two brother , I am elder and younger one is engineer settled in India . My Father dead when I was 11 years only . It was my maternal Uncles and my Mom they brought both of us given all input for which I am here today.
