International Firm French Process Hyd
Couple of years from now
Though not exactly in 2 years, but certainly aiming high to be a highly successful person. As an individual am heading for contributing for the social security of deserving, deprived and for that me myself should be well-to-do. By establishing a niche and firm base locally (my native and the fond of) I'd be able to serve the nation my way. To the extent possible my contribution was directly made to recruit, post and aid deserving few (educated and dedicated) to inculcate in their respective field of interest, to uplift from their earlier strand. The very purpose of me reaching to the global communities at a tender age of 16 years, is to enable myself find broader horizons in the global arena, able to understand myself better before I reach out in trade. Comprehensive understanding, educating and learning of Western Civilization, culture, Bible and their core philosophy was paramount for me starting at age 13, keeping myself well connected (my roots).
Brief description about me
With a total of 17 years of National and International corporate work experience, having had a debut from National Mineral Development Corporate Ltd (A Govt. of India Undertaking), Hyderabad. All this during my college years (degree)as National Apprenticeship Scheme. My inception in private sector started while undergoing my PG and that from Indian Market Research Bureau (IMRB Pvt Ltd), Hyderabad with teaching French and Management subjects to BHM as well PG students as a hobby, which later on paved for part time teaching faculty in 4 prestigious HTM Colleges of Hyderabad.
Swimming through the corporate turbulent waters has been challenging, enduring and enriching. Past 4 years since I have worked in BFSI, Market Research, and French projects. In BFSI today am heading for a senior post with foreign languages as additional resources. Am passionate too of environment, social forestry, cooking, browsing and socializing, and conserving nature.
More about myself
Trust I made myself clear though in precise, and would let share an important occasion in life, which might perhaps interests you. I learn from my experiences, debacles, failures as well from my fellow people.
Most of my prudent classmates, colleagues, and few close ones have departed abroad on some high calibre designation, portfolio, or have established themselves as corporate barons. Some made good fortune of their academics, experiences and resources while others made their way through software stream. My intentions are clear to make a way of my own that can leave me and my offspring's a legacy, a brand, an abode for future. They need not deprive in any aspect, hold traumatic experience any whatsoever, and not take asylum in their very hornets. In a nutshell, am pragmatic of a bright future ahead for me, my parents, and all my beloved. That is why I championed 32 awards in various sectors. As you sow, so you reap. That is my career field.
My role model
A clever enemy is better than a stupid friend. Mend my way and went on to learn from the foes, learn to protect and keep reserve what they deserve.
Degree that I recommend
Yes, SIMAP (Small Industries Management and Programming) sponsored by State Bank of India that was taken in year 2000 from Engineering College, Osmania. With excellent ex-defence personnel as faculty.
In academics, the IRPM (PG Diploma in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management) are of real significance. Had been certified from Dr. Rajendra Prasad Bhavan's College of Communications, Journalism and Public Relations, Mumbai.
An LLB (Masters in Law) will be helpful too apart from Modern Management Course from an emerging US University Program.
My family background
Most of my maternal kith are from Public Sector (State and Central Government),with some into Indian Defence in key posts, similarly many in paternal side from Central and State govt, as well as Defence.
Mother educated up to PG in Political Sciences, Civics and English Literature, and is a homeopath with 45 years hands on experience. Father had his academics degree in B.Com. My sibling a post graduate, a masters in computer applications, with several diplomas/certifications in technical writing, architecture and computers etc. For generations paternal profession has been in management/administration, legal services. Some scholarly pursuits from maternal close kin and kith. Current generation in 30's and 40's, five of my cousins as Corporate Directors.
Initiative to develop a country
Demeanour, intentions, purpose and ability the basic tenets of professionals, per se every responsible Indian needs today. Diligence, frugality, and common sense are their secrets to success.
My achievements
If am proud off am afraid that ends everything. Wisemanwizard said, Sachin Tendulkar the Master Blaster retired only from certain formats of a sport called cricket, not from his life. Young and yet to achieve to his credit and survival. Still a long way to go in the road of success....
Ensuring success
Put the culprits behind bars whoever had the stake in holding my career. Bring those to justice and claim for your basic rights. Get compensated for all that you're supposed to cherish, relish and finesse with.
Important decision
Unrevealed, yet are decisive, strong and lead to a refined and meaningful life.
My strongest skill
An entire gamut of.... run it to know.
Qualities needed to become a successful leader
Being a deserving trait inherited or gained by birth, though, can only speak of managerial skills rather than leadership. Ask what the difference is between a manager and a leader.
Influenced by
Really many, and all hailed from modest/humble beginning.
Thoughts on Education system of our country
India was educated and erudite to that time, needs and mode of living... now its modern India with a new facet of life. Sustenance, survival and competition are in vogue. To be on par with the international standards (including but not limited to infrastructure) is the rule of the day, with basic foundations in Indian heritage and value system. Someone supreme in a high position said recently "due to lack of funds some sectors are neglected/less funded". A discipline imparted for centuries as legacy of education does not make good in an erratic system.
