As a Coach my role supports the Manager Credit Assessments and is
responsible for ensuring the delivery of Daily targets and
customer service in ANZ India, via robust learning and
development frameworks. Key responsibilities include: managing
workflow's and associated reporting; quality assurance checks;
productivity reporting; providing feedback to staff in relation
to Quality and Productivity; conducting formal and consistent
review of team learning needs and developing learning
material/courses/training to improve skills base and knowledge in
team; tending to the supervisor queue. The Coach is also one of
Senior Subject Matter Expert for ANZ India functions, and it is
expected that they would handle any escalations arising within
the team. The Coach is expected to step up into the role as
Manager in their absence.
It is also expected to be both capable
and willing to manage relationships across borders and
collaborate learning objectives with the Melbourne team
