Responsible for handling a variety of responsibilities focused on
work load management, escalations, and customer satisfaction for
the whole business cluster. Manage the Line of Business from a
day-to-day operations standpoint. Work with the teams and
management globally so that issues are handled in a manner that
satisfies the customer’s and business’s need. Work with the
outsourced teams so that process and quality is maintained so as
to keep the customer satisfaction levels high. Perform real time
queue analysis and reporting. I am also involved in scheduling
and other work force management activities. I also analyze call
arrival patters and make business decisions based on them from a
scheduling stand point.
