• Receiving the requirement of client, understanding the job
profile, interacting with client for requirement clarification,
if any & fulfilling their hiring needs efficiently.
• Searching suitable candidates for clients through various
sources such as job portals (monster.com, naukri.com,
timesjobs.com etc.), references and databank based upon the
required skill sets.
• Job posting on various job portals in
order to reach large number of candidates.
• Sending client
company’s profile & job profile to candidates for their
information.
• Sending the scrutinized profiles to the clients
& coordinating with them for short- listing & interview
scheduling.
• Conducting Interviews: - Assessing the
candidates on their Communication Skills and Salary drawn and
Salary expected, date of joining, and any legal commitment
towards the present organization
• Interaction & smooth
coordination between client & candidates at the time of offer
stage.
• Keeping continuous follow-up with ‘Offer
Accepted’ candidates, helping them for DOJ extension & thereby
ensuring their joining.
• Billing & invoicing after
candidate’s joining.
• Preparing weekly & monthly
recruitment report.
• Sending Consultancy’s profile to
prospective companies for business tie-up.
• Developing strong
database.
• Maintaining a computerized data bank by giving
them different ratings / grades by knowing the strengths and
weakness
