The Decisions That Matter

In the initial start of my carrier I was given a choice of AS400 developer, but from starting itself I opted for testing as my stream. Today after 12+ Yrs of Industry exp I'm happy to be a part of testing world as it gives so many flavours and challenges to prove yourself in work. Being part of testing pre Sales, providing solutions, developing test accerlators and off course managing end to end deliveries have always helped me to take up business challenges.

Involvement in the Industry

Transformation Agent –is a key position within the testing organization, supporting the Transformation initiative of testing practice. This position requires an active participation as testing SME, transformation and change management tasks. The key responsibility of this position was to facilitate and drive dramatic improvement in the client environments. And it also required to work within the organization at all levels creating value and buy-in as the transformation lead and change facilitator

Plans For The Future:

I would definitely want to learn on upcoming testing technologies and would be interested in innovating new ideas in test arena.

I am currently working as a Centralize Testing Group Manager in Bravura Solutions in Development and Industrialization of testing innovations, accelerating technology competency framework and providing thought leadership including consultancy in high strategic delivery projects. Being responsible for driving, managing and facilitating the testing initiatives and strategy across multiple product test teams and locations.
