Any profession requires a lot of motivation with a blend of hardwork persevarance.Books such as "Alchemist" are the once i have read and books such as "Introduction To Algorithms" by CLR and "Java " by bruce Eckell are some books which may be useful for any one venturing in this field
My advice
Make decisions related to your career after lot of discussion with your close ones and some brainstorming from your side.This is the stage where people do a transition and make good choices.Every little step and every decision that you make lay a new bric in you path towards success.Always consider whether or not to join a company based upon the recomendation of your friends and family.

My biggest achievement was when i was selected in Tata Consultancy Services through campus recruitment and during my Mtech course My final year dissertation received a lot of praise from my teacher side.I had developed a "document to powerpoint converter in java" and used concepts from natural language processing

I am a very jovial person and love engineering and science.I have done my mtech in software engineering and am presently working in an engineering college as a visiting lecturer.I do a lot of research in my field and have received accolades for developing some very innovative projects.I love the web and java.I read a lot it may be a simple novel to a complex article such as an journal.
