My role model
I am inspired by lot of peoples from history, my past life acquaintance and peoples who are in my present. I am always in a learning mode whether it relates to personal life or improving my professional front. The peoples who inspired me a lot during my early teens was Mahatma Gandhi. I recognize him not for the way he fights for independence of his country, but I look onto him as a person who has leadership skills so strong to unite peoples of entire nation and earn himself the accord of ‘Mahatma’.
Peoples who inspires me from my past life was my school teachers and colleagues from previous organization.
I am inspired a lot from three women’s who are part of my present; my mother, my sister-in-law (bhabhi) and my wife. The way to live as a person who follows his duties towards family and work, how to develop a healthy interpersonal relationship, mitigate upsets at professional front are few of the things they help me deal with.
More about myself
I was invited to present a white paper at an international conference "CRM 2013" which was held in Las Vegas on March 4-8 2013. This conference is hosted by SAP Experts group and is attended by more than 500 peoples from around the world.

The paper talk on following topic: "Improving CRM data integrity: Undocumented workarounds for enabling custom data replication between SAP ERP and SAP CRM"

Apart from this I have also published articles on international forums and websites. Here’s is the link for two of them:

Thoughts on Education system of our country
Two Major problems are: First, there aren't enough young people from top of the class going into higher education as teachers, researchers, artists, thinkers, poets, journalists and writers.
Second, a very larger part of higher education has become professional-oriented.
In India we have established IITs, IIMs, law schools and other institutions of excellence; students now routinely score 90% marks so that even students with 90+ percentages find it difficult to get into the colleges of their choice; but we do more of the same old stuff. The British colonial masters introduced education systems in India to create clerks and civil servants, and we have not deviated much from that pattern till today.
These problems as per my understanding can be overcome by:
• Reward creativity, original thinking, research and innovation
• Focus on skill based education
• Get smarter people to teach
• Implement massive technology infrastructure for education
• Take mediocrity out of the system
My strongest skill
SAP ABAP, Technical SAP ISU and Technical SAP CRM. Good communication, problem solving and team leadership skills. Use of advance tools to analyze requirement and use my skills to suggest best solution to clients.
Qualities needed to become a successful leader
Most great leaders do not become great by chance. It takes a certain type of individual to become a great leader and there are several things that all great leaders have in common.
•To become a great leader, a person must have the mindset of a leader
•Another quality required in a leader is integrity. Integrity is something that explains a person's inner values and a person's integrity is displayed through his outward actions
•Magnanimity is another essential quality that simply means to give credit where it is due.
•Communication skills are required for leaders. A leader must be able to communication well with people, employees and customers. He must keep a good balance of assertiveness and respect
•He must be able to delegate duties well and be able to avoid demeaning people, or making them feel like they are unimportant.
•Finally, a great leader should be inspiring to those around him. He should display a sense of encouragement and should be a positive thinker.
