months. Company involves in the Designing, Detailed Engineering,
Erection and Commissioning of all types of Water Plants. I have
been associated with the following projects: a) 184 KM pipe
laying including pump houses in 8 X 135 MW Lignite Based Thermal
Power Plant at Barmer (Rajasthan) b) 8 MLD CETP at Sitaganj (
Uttrakhand) c) Up gradation of WTP from 0.6 to 8 MLD at Lodhika
(Gujrat) d) NextGen SEZ CETP Project, Pali,
Rajasthan e) Bhavnagar 45 MLD STP (BOOT) Project f) 25 KM pipe
laying including pump house at ANGUL, for Jindal Steel & Power
Ltd. Job Responsibilities Electrical Engineering
Includes:  Preparing electrical drawings and
specifications  Manage project schedules and
budgets  Making engineering calculations in connection with
field and office assignments  Investigate problems and
recommend solutions  Ensure compliance with safety
requirements and standards procedures  Prepare requests for
proposals and evaluate bids  Directed, prepared, reviewed and
approved contract documents and specifications, making
modifications and recommending alternatives as
needed  Perform highly specialized design, research, and
analysis on a project-by-project basis and advise on code
compliance  Performed quality assurance and control  To
prepare inspection and test plan as per requirement of customer &
drawing  Coordinated projects with other departments, outside

Responsibilities Instrumentation Engineering
Includes:  Perform Conceptual and detail engineering of I&C
systems  Perform I&C equipment sizing, selection, and
specification for various types of I&C equipment, and produce
equipment-related documentation  Provide input to the Drawing
Office for preparation of various I&C related engineering
drawings, such as: General Arrangements, Instrument Loops, Wiring
and Connection diagrams, Bill of Materials (BOM),
etc.  Ensure accuracy, completeness and quality of technical
information and design documentation in accordance with the
Company QA programs and manuals  Familiarity with PLC’s,
assorted communications network protocols including copper and
fiber media, power supplies, transducers, PID controllers,
relays and power distribution devices  Proficient in
Engineering of Control systems SCADA & PLC’s, I/O list, Logics,
P&ID’s Development, Review of P&ID’s, Equipment
Specifications, Instrumentation applications, Instrument Index,
Control panels, Junction boxes, Cable tray routings drawings,
Control room layouts drawings, Loop drawings, Hook up drawings,
Cause and effect drawings and Field wiring
drawings.  Selection of instruments & specifications &
Selection of Control Systems  Selection of field
instrumentation, i.e. sensors, transmitters, controllers, in
industrial plants  Familiarity with schematic capture, wire
list and BOM generation tools, and a broad spectrum of
electrical and electronic components and subsystems is
desirable  Review of Basic engineering design
packages  Preparation of detailed instrumentation & control
system specifications & specific requirements as per KNPC project
requirements  Preparation of technical request for
quotations.  Review of technical bid
evaluations  Technical response and correspondence with
client on technical queries and other

forms.  Advice the spare parts for: SCADA, PLC System & Field
equipments  Responsible for modification of PLC program and
configuration necessary  SCADA configuration and
maintenance  PLC SIMATIC and Allen Bradley programming,
installation, testing, and maintenance.  Developing Cause and
Effect Charts.  Preparing preventive maintenance schedules
for field instrumentation, DCS, PLCs, and Local panels. 
Instrumentation calibration, maintenance, and
installation.  Instrumentation and control systems
engineering; develop P&ID's, control philosophy and
alarm/emergency/shutdown and safety instrumentation
systems.  Proposal Document against Tender.  P&ID
Drawings.  Control philosophy.  Instrument
Schedule.  Instrument Specifications.  Scheme for SCADA
 Preparation of cable schedule.  Instrument Hook up
drawings.  Control loop schematic.  Interlock
schemes.  I/O list.  Instrument List Along with
Parameters range etc.  Specification Data Sheets for
Instruments.  Designing of Drive Control panel Communication
with PLC
