Could you tell us briefly about your family background?

I belong to a farmer family.We are four siblings.My father is a farmer and my mother is home maker.I started my working when I passed intermediate in 2002.After that I did my graduation.And Started working in BPO industry in 2007 with IBM Dakash.

Current Role

Right now I am working as a Reporting Analyst with United Health Group. where in I deal with projects related to SQL development,which involves SSRS and SSIS. I have got overview of SSRS as well. But most of the project require VBA excel with SQL SSRS together.

Most Important Career Decisions

I started my Career as Customer care Executive with IBM Dakash.But later on I thought this is not enough for life so worked on my skills and developed few technical skill like Excel and VBA coding and I moved to Reporting profile.Today I know how to work with SQL, SSRS, SSIS and SSAS with scripting

Work Life Balance

This very important to make balance between office and home. don't carry your office at home. What I do , All the work which I need to do for development I do that at home which is not core office related and that helps to grow at office also and personal life also.

Plans for the Future

I want to grow myself as a leader and I see myself as a leader.Hence I keep on working on my leadership qualities.I take presentation and communication skill training in my organization.That is help other with me too.

Current Job Profile

I am working as a Reporting Analyst where in I develop SQL script, with SSRS or SSIS. I use Excel VBA programming to Automate things and this a great job . I like it.

My father, who says hard work never go waste. I think it is true.
