They must use the different type of books which is related to his goal. I'm working on C, C++ & Java (for Android) language, so i gone for the same type of books with different writers (local & global). This way he can educate his / her self with different idea of related field.

See, as per my experience, talented people is moving out side means always looking for onsite opportunity to get the money. that's is what in our country people know the things but that is being implemented out side. because here, we are not getting the proper resources, time and co-ordinations.

Well, I'm working with Estel Technology as Sr. Software Engineer. My company profile is based on Telecom domain. We are working M-Commerce based application including POS, Android mobile, Online recharge, Mobile Banking etc.
