Motivating and appritiating team members
Not an expert to give advice or suggestion but if HR leaders trust, motivate or appreciate their team then it would create positive energy and honesty towards their work. Leaders should set an example first to win teams attention & trust. If leader work as a team success would get double what I feel. Give the fair chances to everyone without being partial. Healthy atmosphere is best to work in and enjoyable too.

Helping to develop the country
An individual professional can do his best according to his knowledge and experience as what I feel every single step counts so once you do your job done you are contributing your part to develop your country. You should always go with the attitude of I will make the change in me first rather than pointing out finger on others.

Relationship with HR and Top Management
As The CEO is responsible for the success or failure of the company and its kinda formal boss to the company which provides him the power of Operations, marketing, strategy, financing, creation of company culture, human resources, hiring, firing, compliance with safety regulations, sales, PR, etc.—it all falls on the CEO’s shoulders so HR department work very closely to CEO as to whom the dept hires what all the strategies, planning requirement, need of the staff salary negotiation, all approved through CEO therefore in every work of HR department needs CEO's approval to proceed further.
Pain Points:
Globalization is the new normal, and navigating in a global economy can be tricky. For the HR professional, globalization means having the right people in the right place at the right time. It also means doing the right things, including thinking ahead and thinking big, understanding perceptions and technology.HR also has a mandate to set, and manage, expectations at all levels. HR will be held accountable for all the people issues, and at times, helping to fulfill Duty of Care. these all can be pain point to HR.
Identifying and Promoting New Leaders:
According to the performance and working style, response to the given task how he or she performs. What new ideas he adds to his work and get the output, Smart work to attract the attention of everyone.how he tackles the difficult situation and resolve the issues. These factors would be helpful for me to identify the upcoming leader who has the spark, zeal and ability to lead.

Improving Education system
I have done my graduation from Delhi University in Political Science (Hons), What I felt is if we can cum up with more Schools colleges and institutes to provide youngsters to take the benefit of study as due to limited seats students don't get proper opportunity to excel their career and leave behind the race. Our Education Minister should take the responsibility to provide practical solution to make our education system better to make our India educated Country and it can only happen when planing would come with implementation rather than on papers only.
